Our entire facility is climate-controlled with quiet air conditioning and sound-proof foam insulation. There are multiple access points and entryways for staging and set equipment. While NOEFS is primarily occupied by film and television productions, we also host private and corporate special events, galas, and concerts.

Event Space
NOEFS has hosted live events for some of the largest corporations and musical artists in the world. Our stages can accommodate intimate gatherings of 100 select guests, charity galas for 500 patrons, and blowout music festivals with 5,000 attendees.
